Dems get a bump in the polls when they try to claim the FEDS are trying to influence an election. Mayor Street may have lost the election in Philadelphia if it weren't for the publicity of a Federal bug in the Mayor's Office.

So who leaked that there was a bug found and a Federal investigation?
