TBI - Low volume works both ways... Two large blocks went thru around 14 1/2 and it just sat there for a while. I've watched as the MM's have kept moving it up 1/8 to 1/4 of a point from 14 1/2 to 15 1/4 now on 7,000 shares. I don't think many of the TBI shareholders know that TBI's debt was upgraded today. We should get another follow through rally tomorrow. When I saw the large blocks go through I doubled my position. Could hit 17+ near term. It's due to breakout. It's been basing in the 11-16 area for 6+ months. askresearch.com
