Have looked at GOV many times over the years. More interested with this drop, much of which can be attributed to the secondary.
Looking at some of the background issues with the company gives me some pause...board make up, SIL ownership, etc.
Its niche market (the government) doesn't inspire confidence, either.
These issues aside, the dividend appears substantial and stable (should go ex next week), and price is bumping off its 52 week low (I know some people here don't like the falling knife attribute).
