I think the msft bears are grasping at straws.>> my voice mail is only a minor portion of my overall telephone service and when i was without it for over a week it severely effected my business. to say IM is not a critical feature is like saying voice mail is not critical to a phone line. if you run your business using MSN IM then you would not be talking out of school. rocky.
