If you need a free service to run your business and don't have a backup, you probably shouldn't be running a business in the first place. Norm, your point was unknown to me, since the only service I am aware of for im is the one I constantly chide my sons for as they're forever chatting with any girl they can find on line. And it is a free service as they don't pay any internet fee thru Netzero.knc
