Earnings projection updated for the new Samsung License: 2000 DRAM market size is 30.9 B Licensed portion of the market is 47 to 50% including Rdram, SDRAM, DDR memory. License income ~ 220 M dollars. (1.5% average royalty rate) Diluted Shares ~ 110 M Per share Income $2 Share price target = $200 per share Note: this is a conservative figure beacuse it leaves out controller income and contract fees which were substantial adders last quarter.
