BOCA RATON, FLA. (March 4) BUSINESS WIRE -March 4, 1999-- Open Standard Can Allow Companies To Extend Their Internet Reach
to

Anyone in the World With a Voice and Telephone

Registry Magic(R) (Nasdaq:RMAG) announced it has joined with AT&T (NYSE:T), Lucent Technologies (NYSE:LU), and Motorola
(NYSE:MOT) in the formation of the Voice eXtensible Markup Language Forum (VXML Forum) to make the resources of the World Wide
Web accessible to anyone by speaking into a telephone.

The Forum aims to drive the market for voice- and phone-enabled Internet access by promoting a standard specification for VXML, a
computer language used to create Web content and services.

"The VXML initiative is a powerful step in establishing an industry standard in which Registry Magic can provide companies with products
and services to expand their Internet reach to anyone in the world with a voice and telephone, not just those in front of a PC or with PC
skills. Registry Magic is excited to join forces with these industry leaders to standardize voice access to the Internet." said Walt Nawrocki,
CEO and President of Registry Magic.

Examples of VXML uses include allowing a salesperson to dial into a corporate intranet from any phone and using conversational interaction
to receive real-time order status information. Similarly, users could access Web-based weather, sports or traffic information, banking
transaction services, and other electronic commerce applications without touching a computer keyboard.

"Just as standardization of HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) drove the adoption of traditional Web applications, standardization of
VXML will drive the adoption of voice-enabled applications," said Maria Martinez, vice president and general manager, Internet and
Connectivity Solutions Division (ICSD), Motorola, Inc. "We are pleased to have Registry Magic join us in this initiative."

Named a 'National Treasure' by the Smithsonian Institution, Registry Magic's Virtual Operator(R) technology performs the tasks of a live
employee using conversational speech recognition technology. The recipient of many industry awards, the Virtual Operator is in use by both
small and Fortune 500 size companies alike in industries including finance, insurance, manufacturing, distribution, automotive and call centers.
Internationally, where touch-tone technology may not be prevalent, the Virtual Operator technology can provide telephone automation
where not available by other means.
