I heard something rather disconcerning last night at the convention. As most of you probably know, a poll taken of the DEMOCRAPIC delegates showed that 95% of them feel we ought to pull out of Iraq IMMEDIATELY. One of them was interviewed and asked this: Kerry has stated he would stay the course in Iraq till democracy established, how can you support him. The answer was: We believe Kerry is only SAYING that for purposes of the election. Once he's in office we can persuade him to pull out of Iraq. Now IF thats true, we have not only squandered American lives and treasury but we will have a far worse middle east problem then we had before we even invaded Iraq. I truly believe those chemical and biological WMD due exist, else how can one explain what showed up in Jordan? Given an Iraq RUN BY TERRORISTS, they will have a nation far richer in resources (oil) to front their terroristic activities. jdn
