Microsoft: --Update-- software giant's CEO says sees Q4 EPS down slightly from Q3 and revenues roughly flat with Q3 level . Analysts had been expecting Q4 net of $0.46 a share, compared to the $0.50 a share the company reported for its Q3. Says expects FY99 Q1 and Q2 results to be similar FY Q4 numbers. Says Windows 98 on track for May 15 shipment to OEMs... After Hours Trading: as of 17:20 ET, Disney shares trading 4 3/4 pts higher and Microsoft shares trading up 1/8 of a point....
