Novak is strong supporter of flat tax. He mentioned his support for a flat tax on cross fire yesterday.

I expect with his income and investments not being subject to tax and at his age purchasing very little a flat tax with/without v.a.t. value added tax. He could avoid thousands in taxes.

Some say you avoid internal revenue service , but someone has to monitor tax collection. vat also encourages a lot of underground sales/services to avoid such a large added on tax.

Not sure bringing out this subject does Bush any good , will confuse voters unless his administration is very clear on what the bottom line would mean to them. confuse the voter and watch them run to the other side.

This administration imo is doing a very poor job in explaining how the war is going and what has been accomplished in the world by taking out Saddam. He should spend the time at the convention to firm up support for the war vs taking on more subjects/ideas that confuse or scare voters. Democrats with lies will have a field day.
