A couple of questions from a vacation state of mind (in Orlando)

1) Who is Beverly Ann Evans and what is her role with CSMA?

2) Didnt quite understand the wording regarding the location of
the Class V....is it ON Indian territory or just near it? and
IF it is ON the territory are there kickbacks to the locals?

3) As was previously mentioned, is it safe to guess that the local
government will move quickly as well? *no pun *L*

ALMOST wish I didnt go on vacation...coulda spent the money on more CSMA!! *g*
