Pham, OK, I understand what your trying to do here. We use winframe as well although I don't like it very much. Personally I use a PC with NT 4.0 and Hummingbird Exceeed to do all my work on HP's and Sun's. Anyway.... What you want to do will fine as your administrator installs QP for you or gives you access rights. Your admins have made it do that you can't change the registry. Quotes plus 2.0 uses the registry not the .ini like 1.1. This will not change. All you need to do is get permission to do this and your home free.... Sean
