Buck,

I received an e-mail a couple of weeks ago telling me about a smart card manufacturer and IDX. I returned the e-mail for permission to post and have not heard back. The info was new news to me, probably old news to the commission. Ive been trying to research and verify without much success. Anyway, came accross an old press release, May 11th 1995,. A possible IDX partner, alliance, nothing to mention?
