Statlander and Merck were boycotted about a year ago by a number AIDS groups. Statlander is a mail order company and they do tack on the 37% to the cost of Crixivan. You're probably right that the quoted patient costs for Crixivan are underestimated by 20%. I don't have any exact prices for you.
