Brock Hires Software Executive to Drive Cutting-edge Technology

ATLANTA, Aug. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Brock International, Inc., (Nasdaq:BROC), today announced the appointment of Kenneth (Dutch) Schultz, to vice president, responsible for product development. Shultz will be responsible for development of Brock's new breed of Web-based technologies and the current TakeControl(R) product line.

Schultz comes to Brock from Technologic, Inc., a leading provider of network security products and services for the Internet and intranets. As Vice President of Operations for Technologic, Schultz was responsible for development, product direction, consulting services practice, Web-development and installations.

Before Peachtree, Schultz spent ten years at Dun & Bradstreet Software (DBS). At DBS, Schultz was responsible for initiating development of the SmartStream(R) product line. SmartStream, used in Fortune 1000 companies worldwide, is a client/server, management application software. In addition, Schultz held several executive positions in the development and customer support divisions. Schultz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
