Wayne,

Talked to R.G. extensively on Friday, regarding the companies latest
developments. They are still actively pursuing a property in Alaska, that has HUGE potential. Sampling and 1 or 2 holes have been drilled to date which indicate high grades of gold. This property is situated between to major finds currently in development. They are currently negotiating an agreement with the property owners.

Secondly, they are also in negotiations for a property in California which has been partially drilled and sampled over the years. The grades on this property have been very encouraging (2g/t) gold over 100 metres. MXR is presently reviewing documents regarding clarification of ownership. If MXR's lawyers can clear the legalities for this property and arrange the proper processing procedures for ownership, news regarding this aquisition could be out as early as next week.

MXR has had numerous property proposals put forth in front of them. However they have not accepted any to this date, in the best interest of both the company and it's shareholder's.

They are committed to locking up the best property(ies) they can. This
unfortunately does not occur over night, and can most certainly wear on our patience. However in the long run, we as shareholder's will reap the rewards, as they are not taking on just any property, but rather waiting for only highly prospective ones.

Shares at these levels are almost a steal!
