I sold my UBNT today after reading that Citron report. Andrew Left is promotional and obnoxious, but he is also one of the most determined forensic analysts I know of. I operate on Buffett's cockroach theory, and realizing that the company was obviously (when you compare the filings with the actual site) making up the numbers on the Ubiquiti Community was one cockroach too many. Apart from approximately doubling the amount of due diligence I do on a new stock, this may be the end of my activities in young issues.
