Try.... Difficulties Getting Connected orders2.datek.com or orders4.datek.com or orders6.datek.com or orders7.datek.com I haven't tried this....... We do offer a direct dial-in service meant for emergency use only, such as when your Internet Service Provider is not working. To use direct dial-in you must set up a PPP connection to (212) 487-4676. The PPP login account is customer, and there is no password. There is no Domain Name Server (DNS) on our dial-in connection, so point your browser to 207.159.94.6 or 208.140.149.5.
