I wonder how many of those nations with much lower poverty rates also have illegal immigration under control.


Each of the European nations have illegal immigrants but I wonder whether illegals get figured into the numbers either here or in Europe.

Subjectively, Italy looks poorer than America, yet that graph shows that Italians are "less poor" than Americans. Makes me wonder how they draw the line of poverty between countries.

Most European nations don't have the extremes in incomes than we have in the US. That's why I think there is less poverty in Europe.
