No, you have it wrong. Rando runs all of Compaq Services org. It includes, customized solutions (NSIS), outsourcing (OMS), and CCS, which is the brake fix organization. The majority of people are in break fix. Remember...up until the DEC acquisition...DEC provided all the break-fix for Dell servers. Those people are now Compaq employees. Major customers today want direct accountability, not necessarily direct purchasing. Compaq can offer break-fix, or so can its partners. Customers can choose. My source: I work for Compaq. Regards
