I view your belief as incorrect, and without basis in fact. Once Unisplendour has an interest in WDC, they have an interest in whatever WDC owns. On what basis do you believe that Unisplendour would be excluded from an interest in WDC-SanDisk technology if the Unisplendour transaction closes after the Sandisk transaction? Do you believe that an individual investor has no interest in WDC-SanDisk technology if they purchase WDC stock after the SanDisk acquistion? If not, why do you believe Unisplendour would be treated differently?

And your comments about independant buying on the part of the Chinese have no relationship to an aquisition at $86.50. All that matters, for $86.50, is whether the Unisplendour transaction closes before the SanDisk transaction. You have stated multiple times that $86.50 looks better than ever, but haven't provided any relevant information to support that assertion. In fact, none appears to exist.
