Hopefully the news is good, which it should be or she would not have mentioned it. A good senario would be getting Ascend to use their Modems instead of Rockwell's. What we don't need is more news about their plans for 56K Flex, I don't think Wall Street cares they just want to se some revenues from 56K and plenty of it. I think Friday was a big let down as far as this stock goes with all the networkers up on good volume and MNPI up 3/16's. This tells me Wall Street does not consider Microcom a networker and the modem companies are in the dirt. I believe modem companies are at least 2 quarters away from substantial revenues from 56K and still have old inventory problems. Although if Microcom meets or better yet, beats estimates this will tell how well they managed their inventory, because inventory killed Shiva. I would say Phil called this stock price pretty good a few weeks back when he said Mnpi is likely to see 8ish before it will see 11 again. Ramki I feel for you in the situation your in with this stock, I'm in at a lower price than yourself so hopefully we both do good it is a good co. By the way I don't know how many of you have subs. to Money magazine but Microcom's Carbon Copy was mentioned as a good buy in the April issue.
