Hi, Walt: News today: VSI Enterprises chairman buys company stock NORCROSS, Ga., June 17 (Reuters) - VSI Enterprises Inc. Chairman Richard Snelling said Wednesday he bought 200,000 VSI common stock options at a price of $0.625 each for a total cost of $125,000. "As this transaction signifies, I remain fully committed to VSI and continue to be enthusiastic about its future prospects under the leadership of President and CEO Judi North. My current plans are to hold and age these shares as a long term investment for tax and other purposes," Snelling said in a statement VSI Enterprises designs, manufactures, markets and supports an array of videoconferencing products, along with integrated telecommunications software and services.
