To paraphrase:

"We'll start to see our segment pick up midway through FY00 ... "

"Unfortunately, we are going to be spending 'significant' amounts on DNS and FSII litigation by midyear ..."

I do not envision break-even anytime in CY00. They are really going to try to miss this entire cycle.
