Fred: Re: Leaps It can be a safe bet, however I am afraid I dont know what to say about the leaps as I do not play the options game. I am, what you may call, a traditional boring type of investor who buys stocks and holds on to them till they reach his target price. Do not buy on margins and do not short stocks either.
