On a side note, ultrasound was pretty primitive back then (the very early 1970s) and bore no resemblance to highly detailed and colored ultrasound images of today.

The images of olden times registered white squiggly lines on a black background, and images thought to be germane by the technician were snapped with an external Polaroid camera. These Polaroid pictures were then attached to paper, a la scrapbook fashion, and placed in the patient's chart. - Holly
