An unpaid entitlement that improved on benefits for seniors is praised while the problem of millions of americans without insurance or freeloading went un-addressed...foul deserved scorn upon your like inode.

"Unpaid"? It is ALL unpaid, fool. Medicare, SS, ALL of it.

You seem to forget that the Ds didn't support Part D, SOLELY, because it didn't spend enough money. Had the Ds had their way the fiscal responsibility that was built into Part D would not have been there in the first place.

Part D will be a failure. But not because of what GWB did. It is because of what Obamacare did.
