to do that you have to let prices fall to the point where people will want to buy. Why is that so hard for liberals to understand? The market is not going to start moving again until prices fall to the level of triggering buyers. Trying in vane to maintain high prices is idiocy and a total waste of money. Of course everyone these clowns have proposed is a total waste of money.
