On EBITDA, I'm very skeptical about the way some people
approximate a cash based accounting mesure with an accrual
based accounting statement (IS). Ignoring some SCF items like change
in working capital gives a fictional portrait of a company's cash-generation
abilities. Some companies also try to shift some outflows outside and
inflows inside the SCF.
Maybe I'm wrong, but, for me, EBITDA is a large approximation of
CFFO in many cases.

If some of you can show me something I don't see...
