I have contacted several personal injury attorneys, Thomas, and they were all very excited until I mentioned Santa Claus. They said that any case against Santa is extremely difficult to win particularly in a jury trial. Another problem was that because I had used the bag after the holidays, they thought that the warranty was no longer in effect, Christmas paper bags being only guaranteed through December 31. So our chance at another Seaborne cruise seems to have--- gone up in smoke. heehee.
