I will be placated if Dave puts on his header to this thread that he is a paid promoter of this stock(HQNT.OB, oops, i see yes it is NOW HQNTE.OB), and that every time he posts about this stock he INCLUDES a disclaimer.
The fact is, if he does not he is in violation of SEC Laws.
I will dig deeper into the company this weekend beyond its coming into existence via the shell reverse merger(a notorious area of questionable activity goes on in the reverse merger world)
But i already see another major red flag beyond it's new addition of the E (for not reporting on time) and being a shell play. And that is it's chart that is now no longer available because it's ticker has just changed to HQNTE.OB from HQNT.OB; but i viewed it last night and it reveals that this stock shot up to 8bucks area soon after it appeared, and on NO fanfare, this CAN be a sign of what is called Boiler Room Cold Calling, and it then plunged as pump and dumpers sold their shares.
Dave has entered a very shady area here, and i am frankly quite surprised, i did not think dave would ever go that route.
So i say to Dave point blank, Dave if you have entered this in innocence you are now quite likely hand holding with a den of thieves and it would be wise to untangle yourself. Max
