I already commented on the SEC and the trading halt, I don't want to find it again. It went something like this. The SEC said after the trading halt (they said halted until October xx) the stock will not be allowed to use quotations etc.... that explains the Pink Sheets. They are using the old system not the automated computer system. SOE wants the trading halted until they re-audit the financials, that trading is the automated BB listing. SOE didn't know that the stock could trade in the pink sheets! THIS IS ONLY MY INTERPRETATION OF EVENTS! Aloha
