I don't think the DBII appeal has a prayer.....

The case is centered around how one rolls a finger on a glass platen....which is kind of like trying to patend how to put on a pair of underware.

I imagine it does give DBII shareholders a little much needed hope.

ps. I hope we hear alot of stuff in January......Lots of this stuff is taking way too long.
