(Imagine... a bunch of Iraqi and Jordanian physicians who can't figure out how to make gas cans explode.... If al Qaeda had actually been in contact with these fools they would have known how to rig their cell phone triggers.) Interesting how the 'jihadist' movements have become so decentralized now... practically without any central command and control any longer... more like a bunch of independently run franchise operations.... I take that as an encouraging sign (and has a warning!) Without centralization, cutting the 'head off of the snake' doesn't disable or impair it's functioning to any significant extent. Time for a second part to the strategy.
