But the newly elected ejido wants to renege on the deal they signed in Nov 2006 and claims $30,000 to $100,000 for such a house as the one above is fair & reasonable..., and by the way, thanks MFL for building us the new town, church, municipal building, & getting us electricity and running water for our town...

Mexico real estate at Dolores appears to be keeping up with the CPI...

Mexico really needs to start tax revenue sharing with the local town where a mine is located. Under new Mexico alternative minimum tax law implemented this year, MFL will be paying about 20% of their profit on Mexico income taxes because of AMT, MFL cannot use its tax loss carryforward...
