Hi James, Good points. Most startups in this sector run way red or float enuf shares to keep the Bismark on top of the water. DCTC has not done either to any extent. Murphy has done a great job of bringing new companies into the fold with performance based clauses thereby keeping dilution to a minimum. I think he's ready to start trying to balance the other side of the coin and that is debt(of which we have almost none). I hope he is able to secure further lines of credit past the 20 mil or so he now has so that he can really go on the warpath and get this company to the level he wants it at. I'm betting he does. This is the type game Mr. Murphy is truly familiar with and the level of the players he is now dealing with is much more to his liking and comfort level.
