A good leader relies on many.

Then why does Bush claim that he is a leader? A leader is one who does not have to rely on anyone. A leader is one who he trusts his team to deliver on an issue such as delivering a intelligence brief on WMD, but also shows his skills in directing people to verify the contents of the brief.
