I was pregnant or nursing from 89-96, so I have great data from then- full blood panels, stress tested glucose, the works. And before that I was constantly getting sports related injuries- so I have many blood tests going all the way back to age 22, actually. But the best record starts with my pregnancies- at 28. You get excellent health care as a breeder if you have good insurance. THEN my corn allergy started going in to overdrive, so I was getting constant blood testing. Lucky me. Makes for a nice record though.

If you haven't had children you wouldn't know how much they test you nowadays during pregnancy. I remember CONSTANT appointments, and frequent testing- urine, blood, etc. I did really nicely on the glucose stress tests- so that was good- and that was through all 3 pregnancies (all natural deliveries too!) I've been really lucky health wise- except for the corn allergy and the MRSA infection- and I think those are really glass half full events- which changed my enthusiasm for diet and raised it to a higher level.
