Jay, I cant find mine either, although their investor package I recall was quite good. Other positives about the company are 1. President (George Hartman, wrote RISK is a 4 letter Word) 2. Share buy back announced 3. Insiders hold approx 45% They strike me as agressive and smart. Scott
