I had a conversation at an investors conference in late January with Mike Barbour. He seemed to feel that since LMDX resubmitted all the info to the FDA in accordance with FDA standards, that it was likely that this fall for FDA approval.
He also felt that going to NASDAQ small cap could come as soon as late April of this year.
Even if approval does not happen, the Henley Health acquisition was a smart move, and LMDX should earn in the neighborhood of 50cents a share for'97. Yes, it distresses me greatly that FDA approval hasn't happened yet, not so much from an investor's perspective, but for the sake of so many carpal tunnel sufferers.
