Evan: I talked to the company this morning and asked when the auction would begin. Response was 4/1/97 but the person I talked to could not tell me how long the process would take. As I understand it, 4 companies can bid for 2 available licenses, highest bidder wins. According to latest 10Q report I have (3/96) CDRD is practically out of cash, so I assume they are working diligently with venture capalists/financeers, etc. to raise auction funding. I've been disappointed with the lack of info. from the company. Initially I received a wonderful investment package but since about 5/96 I've received nothing (how bout you?) I took advantage of low stock price to add to my holdings today, and have my fingers crossed that CDRD will be successful in obtaining a license. The risk is high, but if they receive FCC approval, I doubt we'll see $6 again anytime soon. Good luck keep me posted on CDRD news!
