Davidson owns Guardian Glass. I am told by a former Guardian stockholder that he was bought out at a premium. It was OK but he would have made more money as a shareholder. I`m in too deep to give up on OIS/OVON(Stan Ovoshinsky,ENER founder). I don`t know the answer about driving out minority shareholders. He sure got a lot of Government ARPA money,does`nt seem as though he could take this company private. Perhaps by censuring any news releases and continuuing to report quarterly losses he hopes to drive out minority shareholders. I`m more afraid of not being invested. One hell of a crapshoot.
