Peter, if, as many investors now seem to think, the market will be weak with a possible economic downturn going into 1998, BROC will be one of a handful of good companies that swim upstream and do well in spite of the market. Of course market weakness does impact BROC as we have seen recently, but BROC will eventually respond to its on progress in spite of market conditions. Some stocks go up even in a bear market and I expect BROC to be one of them.

An economic downturn is not necessarily bad news for SFA sales. In a downturn many companies will increase marketing expenditures and try new innovations in an effort to gain market share. This is good for SFA and makes SFA companies good stocks to hold in a bear market.
