$20/mo for 200kb/sec is a Good Deal

I recently downgraded from the $40 400kb/sec
nightime unlimited service to the $20 one
which grants less bandwidth, and I must say
I am very pleased. You rarely get all the
bandwidth they promise, so why pay extra
for it. Here's some advice I can lend to
users on the East Coast. The very best
time to download large files is actually
between 6:01pm and 7:00pm. I grab lot's
of game demo's from all over the web
around that time and often get 240kb/sec
transfer rate, or about 8x the speed of
my best Modem alone. I'd love to hear
from anyone who has the Duo-DirecPC
system because I understand it uses
a different satellite that may actually
offer more bandwidth then the one us
DirecPC alone users get "stuck" with.
