Angler I think I may have missed something. You are saying there is a device for tracking a person real time. I didn't see a mention of this device on their web page. All I saw was this database of hair samples, where the child lives, maps of the area ... etc. Anyway, if it is a real time tracking device, then yes I would buy into it. Here is another idea, lease them out at amusement parks, concerts, sport events, whatever. I think many would spend a few bucks.
