Thanks very much Michael! I have a relatively stable cellar. It's not actively climate controlled, but it's in my basement which is mostly underground. I'm pretty excited about tasting it, but with this info, I'll consider the fact that it can last before opening. I'll definitely let it rest.

As far as expense, unless you mean more than 10 shares of RMBS, I'd probably prefer the enjoyment :-)
