It is possible I am told that an IR person could say to someone that calls that if this develops as planned the potential is for a multi million dollar contract. Obviously, Lucent wouldn't be working with UVEW in any form if this was a super small deal. However, Lucent personnel giving out their predictions on other companies stock prices seems a bit of a stretch. As for the Lucent buys 1,000,000 shares story, Neal has not heard of it. It is suggested that if someone wants to post that kind of comment, they should be very prepared to back it up with a source that anyone could verify.
