When all the companys go public( one already is), when stock is issued, 20% will be kept back by EDII, and whatever the ratio is, in comparison to how many shares u have, u will automatically be sent those shares..., u will not have to trade any shares of EDII, what u have now, u keep, so it has a lot to do with how many shares are issued per company in their IPO,it will be something like 1 share of each publicly traded company for every 100 of edii u own(thats just an example, it could be 1 for 20, it will be based on how many shares are issued), hope that answers your question...and welcome aboard...Ken M
