I didn't think you were bashing the stock. Just out of curiousity. Were/Are you an ADMR shareholder. I was earlier in the year long before NGWY. I like them then and I like them even more now. I bought back in because of the apparent mis-pricing assuming the 3 for 1 exchange.

To be honest, I dumped a decent amount of my total portfolio into this hoping to make a good, risk-free return so I'm just a little nervous and the longer the time until the deal goes through, the more of a chance I have to lose my profit and/or principal.
