Sir--<Let us, then, prepare>The market did prepare. It went up over 170 points on Friday. The cards are on the table. That's what the market likes instead of uncertainty. All the possibilities are before us now. We can push our congressmen and women to get rid of the President or we can tell them we can tolerate what he did and let him stay. Republican majority will not act without a public consenssus. Myron
